So, this is Karl. He is a German Shepard/Yellow Lab mix.
He is SO sweet. Harrison will sit on him and jump up and down, and he does NOTHING! He really has turned out to be the perfect dog of us.
This is his favorite pose. Jason says it's good, because he is showing submission. I find it slightly annoying, because he wants me to rub his belly, and I feel guilty that I never want to, and therefor, never do. 
The kids have been awesome about helping out with him. I really have had to do nothing to take care of him. It's mostly Jason, and then the kids help him. 
Right after we got home with Karl, Harrison slipped on the front porch stairs and split his head open, by his eyebrow. Jason took him in and they glued it shut. They came home and cuddled while daddy read them a book. He felt much better after seeing his doggy and reading a book with daddy.

Ah Karl.....he's a good one. You forgot to tell people that he gets so excited whenever Jason gets his leash out that he pees on the floor! HAHAHA!
Flight RIsk!!! haha! That will stands out as a definite highlight of my last time I spent with you guys, getting to know Karl. He is, indeed, an awesome dog.
